Drop the Armor.
Join the Brotherhood.
Step into a powerful circle of men doing the work and become the man you were born to be.
"We might say we're ok, but deep down ... we're not."
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
Men have been told the measure of strength is how much we can endure without breaking, how well we can keep it all together without ever asking for help, how stoic we can remain while we silently drown.
Many of us feel it. A quiet ache. A sense that something’s missing. A disconnection from who we really are, from other men, from masculinity, from the fire of direction and purpose.

I know what it feels like, I've been there.
I've struggled alone, self medicating with alcohol and cigarettes. I've chased women thinking I needed their love to be ok and to make me feel complete. I've tried to run from responsibility, feeling the pressure to be more than I am, to do more than I can.
But here's what makes my story different: I sought out help and community.
I was frustrated with myself and with life. I felt tired, hopeless and like I didn't have the right people around me for support. I knew that I wanted more from life and that I had so much to offer the world.
So I decided to start making changes. I quit smoking and drinking, I got a therapist, got a coach, and I found men's work. Connecting with other men on a deep level changed everything. I finally felt supported. I felt respected and honored despite my struggles and it gave me so much more perspective on my life. You can make changes too. You don't have to stay stuck.
Brotherhood of the Heart is a men’s group for a new era. One where you don’t have to pretend. One where you can show up as you are—messy, unsure, stuck, or searching—and still be seen, supported, and respected.
This is a space for truth, for honesty, for honoring each other.
It's a space for growth and for accountability.
We men have been living in a damaging cultural paradigm that has separated us from the fullness of our humanity for far too long. It's time to reclaim the strength in connection. It's time to reclaim the strength of our hearts.
You are not here by accident. If you're reading this it means you are hungry for something different and ready to grow beyond your current life. I call you forward and challenge you to join us on this path. It's time to wake up to your power and your life. Let's recreate the community we have lost through competition and raise each other up to become better men.

Here’s what you’ll find in the brotherhood:
A confidential space to speak freely - without judgment or posturing
Tools to reconnect with your purpose and passion
Support in navigating challenges with work, relationships, and self-worth
Accountability to help you follow through on what matters most
A circle of men who’ve got your back
Stability and commitment
"When you walk with other good men you remember who you are."
Silence doesn't mean strength. You were never meant to do this alone.
Come stand shoulder to shoulder with us.
Come remember what it feels like to be alive, to feel again, and to lead with your heart.
How is it structured?
There are two key components: Open circle and Small groups
Open circle is held one Saturday every month for men who are new. It's an opportunity to step in and get a feel for who we are and what we offer. The is no commitment required.
Small groups make up the core of the brotherhood. Each group consists of up to 12 men including the group leader. Groups meet twice a month for 2 hours and support each other via text in between meetings. Small groups are attended only by paying members. Men are required to make a commitment to show up to meetings.
